The Outpatient Building Project of Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital is located on Tue Tinh Street, Hong Gai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, and is invested in by Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital, with a total investment of VND 1,240 billion (approximately USD 46 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 2,927 m², comprising one new 12-storey outpatient building with a total gross floor area of nearly 30,000 m². The main components include consultation rooms, outpatient examination areas, laboratories, and supporting utility facilities.

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
