Dự án Rivea Hanoi tọa lạc tại phường Vĩnh Hưng, TP. Hà Nội, do Công ty Cổ phần Bất động sản Tập đoàn Tân Á Đại Thành – Meyland (MEYGROUP) làm Chủ đầu tư.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 29,853 m² and is planned as a mixed-use complex comprising residential, office, commercial and service facilities, and a school, with three development zones: high-rise, low-rise and education. The high-rise Rivea Residences comprises two residential towers, connected by the Khoi Nguyen Bridge on the 35th floor, and features four basement levels for parking, together with an integrated system of amenities, commercial and service facilities.

Dự án chính thức khởi công thi công gói thầu vào ngày 11/08/2026 và dự kiến hoàn thành vào Quý 1/2029.
