The Sarene Residence & Commercial Complex is a high-end residential and commercial mixed-use development located at Plot 6.8, Northern Subzone – Sala Urban Area, Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of THACO Group, as the investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of 1.63 hectares, featuring a scale of four buildings rising 25 storeys above ground and three basement levels, providing a total of 560 luxury apartments with a total gross floor area of 150,431 square meters.

The project officially broke ground on January 13, 2026, and is expected to be handed over by the end of 2027.
