The Social Housing Project at Ecogarden – East Sky is located on land plot OXH2 within the Ecogarden Urban Area, Vỹ Dạ Ward, Huế City, and is developed by Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The project is implemented on a land area of 2.03 hectares, comprising 6 residential blocks ranging from 4 to 8 storeys, providing a total of 362 apartments.

The project commenced on December 19, 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
