The Social Housing Project at plots OXH-02, OXH-03 and OXH-04 is located in Viet Han Urban Area, Pho Yen Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province. The project is invested by Viet Han Capital Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 982 billion (approximately USD 36.3 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 2.92 hectares, with a scale comprising five 15-storey buildings and two 5-storey buildings, providing around 2,000 social housing apartments.

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
