The Son Phuc Lumera City Project is located in Hong Phong Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong CityDự án nhà ở cho lực lượng Công an nhân dân tọa lạc tại ô đất quy hoạch ký hiệu 3-2 và 3-4, phân khu đô thị N9, xã Đông Anh, TP Hà Nội do Công ty Cổ phần Thái Nam Land làm Chủ đầu tư, với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 7.000 tỷ đồng (~280 triệu USD). Son Phuc Group as the Investor, with a total investment of over VND 1,230 billion.

The project covers a land area of more than 12.7 hectares, comprising 73 shophouses, 329 townhouses, a 5-storey social housing block with a total construction floor area of approximately 5,247 m², and a commercial–service complex of about 2,832 m².

The project broke ground on November 9, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q1 2029.
