The Thinh Vuong Subdivision – part of the Sunshine Sky City Project – is a mixed-use complex of commercial, service, and high-end residential apartments built to “4.0 hotel standards”. This is the final subdivision of the Sunshine Sky City complex, marking the completion phase of the iconic riverside megaproject symbolizing the “City of Light – Smart City” in South Saigon.

The project is located on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Sunshine Group as the Investor.

The Thinh Vuong Subdivision is developed on a land area of 11,000 m², with a construction density of 40%, comprising five towers (V5, V6, V7, V8, and V9) of 36 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of over 300,000 m².

The project broke ground on November 10, 2025 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
