The Times Square Hanoi Project is located at No. 2 Pham Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City, and is invested in by Thang Long Property Company Limited (BRG), with a total investment of approximately VND 5 trillion (USD 188 million).

The project held its groundbreaking ceremony on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2030.

The project is a mixed-use complex comprising commercial, office, hotel, and high-end residential components, developed on a land area of approximately 40,000 m², including:

• A mixed-use zone (Office – Hotel – High-end Apartments) with 37 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of 748,500 m².
• A school zone with 4 above-ground floors, including a secondary school and a kindergarten, with a total gross floor area of 10,915 m².
