Imperia Crystal is a premium riverside complex in Thu Duc City, developed by MIK Group. The project is located on Vo Chi Cong Street, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,591 billion.

The development spans an area of about 5 hectares, with a 27% construction density, and comprises two towers of 25 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. It will deliver a total of: 928 apartments; 77 commercial shophouses and 22 semi-detached riverside villas. The project has a total gross floor area of around 155,468 m².

Currently, Imperia Crystal is undergoing land leveling and is expected to commence construction in Q3/2025.
