The Giang Vo Complex Project is located at 15–17 Ngoc Khanh Street, Giang Vo Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, and is developed by Pacific Thang Long Company Limited (JSC) with a total investment capital of VND 1,120 billion.

The project covers a land area of 12,066 m² and is designed as a multi-functional complex, including: A high-end hotel tower (19 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, 350 rooms); A Grade A office tower (21 floors above ground and 2 basement levels) and Commercial, service, and amenity areas

The project resumed implementation in Q3 2025 after several years of suspension. The completion date has not yet been announced.
