Jade Square (Jade Square Hanoi Urban Area) is located on Nguyễn Đình Tứ Street, running parallel to Ring Road 3, in Cổ Nhuế 2 Ward, Hanoi. The project is developed by JS Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Bach Dang TMC Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. It covers a land area of 9 hectares with a total investment of VND 3,000 billion.

The Michelia subzone – the condominium component – is developed on a 6.8-hectare land plot. It consists of three towers of 26 above-ground floors (coded J1, J2, J3) and three basement levels. Construction of the superstructure commenced in October 2025 and the handover is expected in 2028.
