The M Garden City Project (also known as M City or M Hotel) is located at the corner of Vo Nguyen Giap Street and Vuong Thua Vu Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City. The project is developed by M Group and designed by Alpes Company.

The project is built on a land area of 1,100 m², featuring 25 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with a total construction floor area of 23,500 m².

Construction of the project commenced in November 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027
