The residential project for the People’s Public Security Force is located on land plots OCT1 and OCT3 within the Xuan Phuong Urban Functional Area, Hanoi. The project is developed by a joint venture between VietAsset Investment Joint Stock Company and Constrexim Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,422 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 11,021 m², consisting of 2 towers with 25 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, and is expected to provide 818 apartment units. This is one of the large-scale social housing and commercial projects with comprehensive infrastructure in the western area of Hanoi.

The project officially commenced construction on October 9, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
