Implementation of the Sofitel Sapa and Holiday Inn Resort Sapa Projects
On the morning of July 10, 2025, Muong Hoa Cultural Park Investment Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for two projects — Sofitel Sapa Hotel & Residences and Holiday Inn Resort Sapa — with a total investment capital of VND 4,300 billion.
Sofitel Sapa Hotel & Residences embodies refined French elegance blended with the distinctive cultural identity of Vietnam’s Northwestern highlands. The project offers a premium resort experience with 176 hotel rooms and suites, along with 436 residences, operated and managed by the international Sofitel brand under the Accor Group.
Holiday Inn Resort Sapa is expected to feature 475 upscale guest rooms, operated by Holiday Inn, a brand under the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
Both projects commenced bored pile construction on September 1, 2025, and are scheduled for completion in 2027.
