The Sun Costa Residence Project is located on Vuong Thua Vu Street (near Ho Nghinh Street), Son Tra District, Da Nang City, and is developed by Sun Group.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 3,900 square meters, comprising two towers with 25 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing around 640 residential units. The total gross floor area exceeds 62,000 square meters, with the podium (from floors 1 to 4) dedicated to commercial and service spaces.

Construction began in Q3/2025, and the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
