The Triton – Quy Nhon Sky Residence is located at No. 72B Tay Son Street, Ghenh Rang Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province (now Gia Lai Province). The project is invested in by Arita Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 3.5 trillion (approximately USD 130 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 7,094 m², featuring one tower with 48 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, providing 1,298 apartments.

The project was officially launched on December 20, 2025, and the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
