The Commercial, Service & Shopping Complex Project located in the Starlake Tay Ho Tay Urban Area (Hanoi), branded as Landmark 55, is being developed on a 2.4-hectare plot of land (lot B3CC2). Landmark 55 consists of two main components:
- An office tower (13,600 m² on lot B3-CC2-A), rising 37 floors
- A hotel tower (10,000 m² on lot B3-CC2-B), rising 55 floors
- The project includes 3 basement levels and a 3-story podium dedicated to commercial and service spaces. The office tower is currently under construction, with a total floor area of 92,368 m².
