Lumière SpringBay is the first luxury apartment subzone in the Lumière Series collection, developed by Masterise Homes within the Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 (The Empire) mega-urban township, located in Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province (now Gia Lam Ward and Bat Trang Ward, Hanoi).

Situated on San Ho 1 Street, the project occupies the “heart” of Ocean Park 2 — right next to VinWonders Wave Park, an 18-hectare artificial wave park, the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia, featuring Laguna Lake, a wave pool, a sand park, and the Royal Mountain Peak.

Lumière SpringBay comprises four 27-storey towers — Feliz (Z2), Vida (L2), Fira (Z1), and Amor (L1) — with two interconnected basement levels. The total land area is approximately 3.2–3.5 hectares, with a building density of just around 20%.

The project broke ground in Q2/2024 and is expected to be handed over in Q2/2027.

Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 – The Empire (458 ha) is a large-scale “ocean city” mega-township developed by Vingroup, serving as the next phase and expansion of Vinhomes Ocean Park 1. It is envisioned as a premier integrated township combining resort-style living, entertainment, commerce, and services. Development types include detached and semi-detached villas, townhouses, shophouses, high-rise apartments, as well as commercial and recreational facilities.
