The Minh Ngoc Steel Factory project is located in Zone D of the Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province. The project is invested by Minh Ngoc Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd. with a total investment capital of VND 2,400 billion.

The project will be developed on a land area of nearly 100,000 m², with an expected production capacity of 500,000 tons of steel per year. Its main components include:

• Steel melting and casting workshop
• Steel rolling workshop
• Three pairs of 60-ton/heat/induction furnaces
• Continuous casting machine
• Steel bar and wire rod rolling line

The project is currently in the process of completing legal procedures and is expected to start construction in early 2026 and officially commence operations in Q1/2029.
