The Social Housing Project CT-04 (Hacom Starcity) is located in An Binh Tan Urban Area, Nam Nha Trang Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The project is developed by Construction and Technical Materials Joint Stock Company, representing a consortium with C-HOLDINGS Joint Stock Company and Dinh An Group Co., Ltd. as the investors, with a total investment of 1,100 billion VND.

The project will be implemented on a land area of 14,468 m², with a construction density of approximately 35–60% (podium – tower), comprising one 16-story building with 1 basement floor, providing 840 apartments.

The project is currently in the investment preparation stage, with a planned groundbreaking in Q1/2026 and handover in Q4/2027.
