The Palm City project is located on Song Hanh Road, An Phu Ward, District 2, and is developed by a joint venture comprising Keppel Land, Tien Phuoc, and Tran Thai.

The project covers a land area of approximately 1.9 hectares, with a 40% construction density, and includes four towers of 36 storeys above ground and two basement levels, providing 630 apartments and 117 commercial units and shophouses, with a total gross floor area of 152,818 m².

The project is expected to commence construction in Q1/2026 and be completed by the end of 2028.
