The Rach Chiec National Sports Complex Project is located in An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee (under a PPP model seeking additional investors), with a total investment of approximately VND 34,000 billion.

The project aims to become a national and international training and competition center. It is developed on a land area of 212 hectares with the following main components:

• A 50,000-seat stadium integrated with an athletics track
• A velodrome that can also be adapted for motorcycle racing and outdoor football
• A cluster of football training fields
• A training center
• Tennis courts
• Recreation and sports areas
• Other supporting facilities

The project is expected to commence on December 19, 2025, and will be completed after 5 years of construction.
