The Social Housing Project at Tinh Phong Industrial Park is located in Tinh Phong Industrial Park, Tho Phong Commune, Quang Ngai Province, and is developed by the Project Management Board of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as the investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 600 billion.

The project covers a land area of 4.05 hectares and includes two 9-storey apartment buildings and one 12-storey apartment building, providing 603 apartments with a total gross floor area of 46,200 m².

The project is expected to commence in December 2025 and be completed in 2027.
