The Social Housing Project in the new urban area along the Lo River is located at land plots OXH-01 and OXH-02, An Tuong Ward, Tuyen Quang Province, and is invested by Son Phuc Group Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of more than VND 323.3 billion.

The project is developed on two land plots with a total area of over 1.4 hectares, comprising four 5-storey buildings, providing 411 social housing apartments with a total gross floor area of 34,580 square meters.

The project is expected to commence construction in early 2026 and be completed and handed over in the second quarter of 2028.
