Social Housing Project No. 01 is located in Zones No. 5 and No. 9 of the Southern Urban Area in Bac Giang City (now Bac Ninh City). The project is developed by a consortium consisting of Nodeco JSC and Hai Long Construction Investment JSC as the investors, with a total investment of VND 1,564 billion.

The project is expected to commence in early 2026 and be completed after 30 months of construction.

The project will be implemented on two land plots with a total area of 14,466 m², providing 1,000 social housing units, specifically:

• Plot B-OXH-1: Area of 7,476 m², consisting of a 19-floor tower with 1 basement, with a total gross floor area of 56,810 m².
• Plot B-OXH-3: Area of 6,990 m², consisting of a 17-floor tower with 1 basement, with a total gross floor area of 47,532 m².
