The Maystar II Footwear Production and Processing Factory Project is located in the Hoa Hoi Industrial Park, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province (now Gia Lai). The project is invested by Ally Power Developments Limited with a total investment of USD 10 million.

The project will be developed on a land area of 30,000 m², with a production capacity of 1,500,000 pairs of shoes/sandals per year and 1,500,000 shoe uppers per year.

The project is expected to commence in Q1/2026 and enter operation in Q1/2027.
