Social Housing Project No. 02 – Urban Areas No. 11 & 12 is located in Tan Tien Ward, Bac Ninh City. The project is developed by a consortium consisting of ACD Investment Management JSC, Masterise Homes Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Phuc Dong Housing Development JSC, with a total investment of more than VND 4,000 billion.

The project will be developed on a land area of 7.16 hectares, comprising 12 towers ranging from 15 to 21 floors above ground and 1 basement, providing 3,100 apartments with a total construction floor area of 345,301 m².

The project is expected to commence construction in 2026 and be completed after 5 years of implementation.
