Renewable Energy Workforce Training and Development Center – Phu My, Binh Dinh
The Renewable Energy Workforce Training and Development Center in Phu My District, Binh Dinh Province, is invested by GEO Group (Germany), with a total investment capital of approximately USD 50 million.
The project will be developed on a site of about 20 hectares (clean coastal land), with the goal of becoming the first international-standard training center in Vietnam for renewable energy human resources, providing high-quality labor for both Vietnam and the broader region. The center will include the following functional zones:
Training programs for the wind power, solar power, and green hydrogen industries.
Provision of GWO (Global Wind Organization) international certification.
A hands-on training center equipped with European-standard infrastructure: practice towers, turbine simulation areas, and experimental renewable energy systems.
The project signed an MoU and was officially announced in 2024. The investment preparation phase will take place from 2024 to 2025, with groundbreaking expected in 2025.
