The Residence Hill Commercial and Luxury Apartment Complex is located on Tran Hung Dao Street, Duong Dong Ward, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province. The project is developed by CIC Group (Kien Giang Construction Investment Consulting Group JSC), with a total investment of VND 10,000 billion.

Residence Hill is developed on a 4.33-hectare site, comprising three 39-story towers that will offer premium apartments and commercial shophouses.

The project is expected to be launched in 2025.
