The Rose Residence Project is located at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Thien Loi, Le Chan Ward (formerly Vinh Niem Ward), Le Chan District, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Hoang Huy Group as the Investor.

The project is being implemented on a land area of approximately 2,300 m², with a scale of 1 building having 36 above-ground floors and 3 basement floors, providing 976 apartments with a total construction floor area of 100,000 m².

The project was groundbroken in Q3/2025 and is expected to be completed in Q3/2027.
