The Royal Mansion Bac Giang project is located at No. 299 Hung Vuong Street, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province, and is developed by a consortium of TUTA Group, Ty Tuan Mai Company, and Rua Vang Company as the investors.

The project held its groundbreaking ceremony in July 2025, was officially launched on November 17, 2025, and is expected to be handed over in 2028.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 9.45 hectares, with a construction density of about 50%, and includes:

• 171 shophouses / commercial mansions (90% completed)
• 4 high-end apartment towers (29 above-ground floors, providing 1,559 apartments)
• 1 international 5-star hotel tower (19 above-ground floors and 3 basements), along with a full range of amenities
