The Semiconductor Packaging Technology Laboratory (Fab-Lab)Dự án nhà ở cho lực lượng Công an nhân dân tọa lạc tại ô đất quy hoạch ký hiệu 3-2 và 3-4, phân khu đô thị N9, xã Đông Anh, TP Hà Nội do Công ty Cổ phần Thái Nam Land làm Chủ đầu tư, với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 7.000 tỷ đồng (~280 triệu USD). VSAP LAB JSC, is located within the Da Nang Information Technology Park – Software Park No. 2, Da Nang City, with a total investment of VND 1,800 billion.

The project covers a land area of 2,288 m² and consists of two main zones:

• Lab: Research & development of advanced packaging technologies.
• Fab: Pilot production on real wafers.

With a total gross floor area of 5,700 m², the facility is designed to deliver approximately 10 million products per year.

Construction officially commenced on July 28, 2025, and completion is expected in Q4/2026.
