The Sky Retreat sub-zone (Sub-zone 6 of the Eco Retreat township), developed by the joint venture DB Invest – Ecopark Group, is located at the heart of Eco Retreat Township, Thanh Phu Ward, Ben Luc, Long An.

The project spans a land area of 11.3 hectares, featuring over 4 million trees across 8 layers of vegetation, with a low construction density of just 19–20%. Its scale includes two residential towers of 41 floors (providing 1,170 apartments) and 221 low-rise residences.

Sky Retreat offers an expansive system of amenities covering 30,000 m², thoughtfully designed with diverse themes, focusing strongly on health and experiential living.
