The Social Housing Project CT-02 is located in the An Binh Tan Urban Area (Nam Nha Trang Ward, Nha Trang City), Khanh Hoa Province, developed by a joint venture between the Construction Materials and Technical Equipment Installation JSC and MK Construction Investment JSC, with a total investment of nearly VND 1,645 billion.

The project covers a land area of 2.067 hectares, comprising four 15-story residential towers that provide 936 social housing units, along with a commercial and service area of approximately 12,749 square meters. The total gross floor area is estimated at around 101,000 square meters.

According to the development plan, construction will commence in Q1/2026 and the project is expected to be completed and handed over by the end of Q3/2027
