On July 31, 2025, Becamex Tokyu (a subsidiary of Japan’s Tokyu Corporation) officially broke ground on the SORA Gardens III project, marking a major development in the center of Binh Duong New City, which is now part of Ho Chi Minh City.

Located in a mixed-use area of housing, retail, and services, SORA Gardens III is the latest phase of the high-end SORA Gardens apartment series. The project covers more than 14,000 square meters and includes four towers, each 39 stories high, with a total of 1,074 apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
