The Sun Spana Tower project, developed by Sun Property – a member of Sun Group, is located at the gateway of Hoa Xuan Bridge, on the banks of the Cam Le River, right in the heart of Nam Hoa Xuan Urban Area (Sun Neo City), Cam Le District, Da Nang.

The development covers a land area of approximately 4,200 m², comprising two towers with 22 above-ground floors and 2–3 basement levels, offering 1,281 premium apartments along with a wide range of internal and external amenities.

On August 15, 2025, Sun Group officially announced the project, with groundbreaking scheduled for Q1/2026.
