The Glamour – EcoLakes Mỹ Phước

The Glamour – EcoLakes Mỹ Phước is developed by SetiaBecamex, a joint venture between SP Setia Berhad (Malaysia) and Becamex IDC (Vietnam). The project is strategically located in the heart of the EcoLakes Mỹ Phước Ecological Township, Thới Hòa Ward, Bến Cát Town, Bình Dương Province (now Ho Chi Minh City).

The The Glamour subdivision covers a land area of 9.48 hectares, offering a total of 343 residential units including townhouses, semi-detached villas, detached villas, and shophouses. The development is planned in two phases: 189 units in Phase 1 and 154 units in Phase 2.

In addition, the project features two themed parks with a combined area of nearly 5 hectares: Dreams Park and Forest Park, providing extensive green spaces and recreational amenities.

The project commenced construction on August 21, 2025, with Phase 1 scheduled for handover in 2027.
