The One Tower – Da Nang Project
The One Tower Complex, developed by Kyoritsu Maintenance Vietnam Co., Ltd., is located on 2/9 Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. The project is built on a land area of 1,516 m², featuring 25 above-ground floors and 3 basements, with a total construction floor area of over 21,500 m². It will provide 253 units, including:
- 65 office and commercial service spaces
- 96 officetels (office combined with lodging)
- 92 serviced apartments
The One Tower is designed as the first “workcation” destination in Da Nang, offering a balance between work and leisure within a single prime riverside location on the Han River.
The project officially commenced construction in July 2025 and has not yet announced its expected completion date.
