The Thành Lộc Phát Carton Paper Manufacturing Plant is located at Lot CN 03-05, Hanh Phuc – Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster, Phu Binh Commune, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Thành Lộc Phát Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. as the investor.

The project aims to expand industrial paper production capacity in the Northern region. It is developed on a land area of 33,388 m², with a designed production capacity of 100,000 tons of carton paper per year.

The project is expected to commence construction in Q1/2026 and begin operations (after completion of technology line installation) in Q3/2027.
