The Thiso Mall Tay Ho Tay shopping center is located at Lot B1-CC1-2, Starlake Urban Area, Tay Ho Tay, Hanoi, and is developed by Dai Quang Minh Company, a member of Thaco Group.

The project covers a land area of 24,000 m², comprising 5 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of 52,500 m².

Construction commenced in July 2025. The project is currently undergoing foundation piling and diaphragm wall works for the basement and is expected to be completed in 2026.
