Trellia Cove – The Final Subdivision of the Mizuki Park Township
Trellia Cove is a premium compound subdivision within the Mizuki Park mega-township, developed by Nam Long in collaboration with Japanese partners. It is located on Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, Binh Hung Ward, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (now Binh Hung Commune, Ho Chi Minh City).
The project comprises three 20-storey apartment towers plus one basement level, offering a total of 817 residences designed in a “Japanese Standard” style — minimalist, refined, emphasizing privacy, tranquility, and harmony with nature. In addition to apartments, Trellia Cove features 24 townhouse units (1 ground floor, 2 upper floors, and a rooftop terrace), with land plots ranging from 126 to 244 m² and total built-up areas of up to ~377 m². These homes are positioned in prime locations — alongside the canal and close to the park — making them ideal for both residential living and business purposes.
The development is scheduled for handover in Q4/2027.
Mizuki Park is a “Modern Township” model developed by Nam Long Group in collaboration with Japanese partners, covering approximately 26 hectares within a total area of 37 hectares. With a construction density of just 29%, the majority of the space is dedicated to greenery and waterways.
The development is built upon four core pillars: connective infrastructure, integrated master planning, advanced technology, and smart management — all aimed at creating a living environment that fully meets five essential needs: Living – Learning – Working – Entertainment – Shopping.
