The Best Western Premier – Hue Sky Hotel is located in Zone B of the An Vân Dương New Urban Area and is developed by COTANA CAPITAL Real Estate Investment and Development JSC, as part of the BWH Hotels ecosystem.

The hotel will be developed on a 5,416 m² land plot, with a total investment of approximately VND 612.947 billion. Its design features two towers connected by a rooftop “sky deck”, creating a distinctive architectural landmark on the city’s skyline. The project will provide 396 premium-standard rooms, catering to both leisure tourism and business travel.

Once completed, the development will significantly enhance Hue’s high-quality hospitality infrastructure, supporting both international tourism and large-scale events in the city.

The project is scheduled to commence construction on the morning of September 30, 2025
