Vietnam has been honored by the international travel magazine Condé Nast Traveller, ranking 4th among the Top 15 countries with the most attractive cuisines in the world in 2025, according to the Readers’ Choice Awards.

Vietnamese cuisine scored 96.67 points, earning international praise for its fresh, diverse ingredients, especially dishes made from rice – a symbol of the country’s rich agricultural heritage – such as steamed rice, pho, noodles, and rice paper rolls. These are harmoniously combined with fresh herbs, meats, and distinctive spices, creating a unique blend of refinement and rich flavor.

From street food stalls, floating markets, and small eateries to high-end restaurants, Vietnamese cuisine offers authentic and emotionally rich experiences, reflecting the stories of its culture, people, and land.

Alongside Vietnam, the list also includes Thailand, Italy, Japan, Spain, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Greece, South Africa, Peru, Maldives, Colombia, Morocco, France, and Turkey.
