The VP1 office building under the Ngôi Sao An Bình 2 (An Binh City) project is located in the Giao Lưu City Urban Area, Phu Dien Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, and is developed by Thaco Group (Trường Hải Group Joint Stock Company).

The project is implemented on a land area of 14,005 m² with a building density of 46%, and is planned to have 30–35 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of 94,740 m². The building will serve as office, commercial, service, and officetel spaces.

The project was fully transferred in Q4/2025 and is expected to commence construction in 2026.
