The The Vista Van La Project is located on Quang Trung Street, Kien Hung Ward, Hanoi, with SJ Group Joint Stock Company serving as the Project Owner.

The project is being developed on a site with a total area of 12.29 hectares as a mixed-use urban development, comprising 832 luxury apartments, 215 villas and low-rise residential units, as well as office, commercial, and service facilities.

The construction contract signing ceremony took place on October 14, 2026, and the project is expected to be completed in 2029.
