The project is the first development within the 14-hectare Estiva precinct, which is envisioned to create an international-standard residential community in western Hanoi. The project is being developed on a 28,600-square-metre (2.86-hectare) site and comprises 109 dual-frontage shophouses, catering to residential, investment, and commercial purposes.
