The Rita Võ Plaza Project is located at No. 211 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ward 3, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, with Vo Tien Dat Co., Ltd. (a member of Rita Võ Group) as the investor, with a total investment of more than VND 3.002 trillion (~USD 120 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 3,653 m², comprising one 22-storey tower with four basement levels and a total construction floor area of more than 54,000 m², including underground areas. The development will provide approximately 280 ultra-luxury apartments, ranging from 65 to 212 m².

The project was allocated additional land by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on September 23, 2026. Construction is expected to commence in late 2026 and be completed in 2031.
