The UOB Plaza Ho Chi Minh City Project is located at No. 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ba Son Area, Ho Chi Minh City International Financial Centre (VIFC-HCMC), Vietnam, and is developed by United Overseas Bank (Vietnam) Limited (UOB Vietnam), with a total investment of approximately USD 450 million (around VND 11.7 trillion).

The project is being developed on a 4,571 m² site and comprises a 36-storey Grade A office tower with a height of 160 metres. Designed in accordance with international Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) sustainability standards, the building will serve as UOB Vietnam’s headquarters while incorporating premium office spaces, commercial services, and modern amenities.

The project officially broke ground on 1 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion in 2030.
