The An Khánh Economy Project is located at Lot X6, Son Dong Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi, developed by Hanoi New Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is implemented on a land area of 19,112 m², comprising 105 low-rise units, including 71 terraced houses/shophouses (3–4 floors) and 34 villas (3 floors), all designed in European architectural style.

The project commenced on November 16, 2025, and is expected to be completed and handed over in Q4/2026.
