The Dragon Amber Residence project is located in the Bac Song Cam area, Hai Phong City, as part of the Dragon 75 Complex, invested in by DOJI Group, with a total investment of over VND 7,515 billion (approximately USD 300 million) for the entire complex.

The project is developed on a land area of nearly 20,000 m². Dragon Amber Residence Tower comprises 41 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with an expected height of approximately 168 meters. It is designed as a serviced apartment tower integrating accommodation, commercial, and service facilities.

The project officially broke ground on October 17, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
